Where can I download the app?
The download page checks the current configuration. No store link is shown before it exists. Your invitation may give you a private beta route.
Does everything work offline?
No. Saved journeys and downloaded essentials can work offline. Online map viewing, sign-in, sync and fresh external information need a connection. Check downloads before travel.
Can I use the simulator with my real trip?
No. A clearly labelled Appetize demo is for synthetic data only. Do not put real credentials, documents or private journey information in it.
Where do I find my build?
Open Account in the private app and copy the version/build shown. Include your device and what you expected to happen. Do not attach private source documents.
My invitation is not continuing.
Reopen the original invitation. This tab remembers an invitation for up to 30 minutes so you can return after installation or a refresh. Use “Forget this invitation” to remove it earlier. Final access and expiry are checked in the app.
